Thoroughly Wild Meat Co are specialist suppliers of Salt Marsh & Rare Breed Lamb as well as Dexter Beef.  

AUTUMN SALT MARSH LAMB AVAILABLE NOW.   

We are specialist butchers and work closely with a small number of farms producing meat of an unparalled quality. 

Our new butchery will be open from the 16th November 2009 at The Royal Bath & West Showground, near Shepton Mallet - you are welcome to come and visit - please ring for site directions.

We produce a monthly e mail newsletter detailing availability of products, forth coming markets, shows and special offers.

The majority of our customers order for direct delivery. Your order is prepared, packed with ice and delivered by overnight carrier. We do not have a minimum order.

Where to Buy 

We are at Bath Farmer's Market every Saturday. We also have a stall at Slow Food Bristol  on Corn Street (1st Sunday), and Castle Cary Farmer's Market (3rd Tuesday).

You can also find us at large shows and food festivals.
