Salt Marsh Lamb is a seasonal product, and will be available fron July until Christmas (or until we run out !). We also produce Salt Marsh Mutton, the next delivery will be in the Autumn.


We are specialist butchers and work closely with a small number of farms producing meat of an unparalled quality. We are based at Brewhamfield Farm near Bruton. This is where we source the wonderful Brewhamfield Farm Beef.

We produce a monthly e mail newsletter detailing availability of products, forth coming markets, shows and special offers.

 

How to buy

 

The majority of our customers order for direct delivery. Your order is prepared, packed with ice and delivered by overnight carrier. We do not have a minimum order.

Where to Buy 

 

We are at Bristol Farmer's Market every Wednesday and Bath Farmer's Market every Saturday. We also have a stall at Slow Food Bristol  on Corn Street (1st Sunday), and Castle Cary Farmer's Market (3rd Tuesday).


You can also find us at large shows and food festivals.
