We can normally deliver Tuesday to Friday. Unfortunately we cannot give exact times for delivery (it will be before 5pm), however it is possible to give instructions if you are out eg. leave in garage.
All of our meat is fresh. It is prepared, vaccum packed and put in boxes with ice. If you prefer the meat can be wrapped in peach paper (please ask when ordering).
Placing the order
1) When you have decided what you would like please either send an e mail to me

We need to know : Name
Billing Address - including postcode
Telephone number
Delivery address, if different from the billing address - in particular the postcode & telephone number
What you would like to order including any special requests for butchery.
TURKEYS - PLEASE LET US KNOW WHICH BREED & THE WEIGHT BAND YOU WOULD LIKE THE BIRD IN. PLEASE ALSO LET US KNOW AN "IDEAL" WEIGHT - WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO GET AS CLOSE TO THIS AS WE CAN.
2) If you prefer please feel free to use the
order form.doc - this gives us all the details we need. The order form can be edited & attached to an e mail or printed and posted back.
3) When we receive your order we will confirm a delivery date with you as soon as possible. If we do not have your selection available we will advise you. We do have a small stock of frozen meat but will only deliver this at your request.
Payment
If you have chosen a "weighted" item we can give you a rough idea of the cost if required, but can't give an accurate figure until we prepare your order. We do not accept online payments through this site at present - you may pay by card on the phone or by BACS, please contact us either by email or by phone for details.
